Production Engineering Specialist

• Expertise in Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL) and solid understanding of database architecture.
• Experience with Linux, Kubernetes, and shell scripting (Bash, Python, or Java).
• Familiarity with monitoring and performance tools such as AppDynamics and Splunk.
• Proven background in production support and troubleshooting complex environments.
• Knowledge of system monitoring, performance tuning, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and triage capability under pressure.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Payments industry.
• Experience with Ansible or Puppet or similar tools.

• Provide end-to-end production support, including incident resolution and post-resolution problem management.
• Install new software releases and implement in-house developed solutions using Shell scripts, Java, Python, and Bash.
• Support testing activities for new implementations.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.
• Review, re-engineer, and automate processes to improve system performance and resilience.
• Design and deliver service offerings, process improvements, and architecture evaluations.
• Perform data analysis, reconcile anomalies, and assist with root cause investigations.
• Contribute to Agile/DevOps adoption and continuous integration/deployment practices.

Only candidates able to work hybrid with 8 days per month in the Kraków office are considered.
