Technical Account Manager

Xperi is a publicly traded technology company headquartered in San Jose, CA with employees across North America, Europe and Asia. The company invents, develops, and delivers technologies that create extraordinary experiences at home and on the go for millions of people worldwide. Their consumer brands include DTS®, HD Radio™, and TiVo®. The role is within the Content Onboarding team, working with global and regional content partners such as Netflix, Disney, BBC, DAZN, and HBO Max to support integration of video applications with Xperi’s Smart TV and Automotive media platform used by brands like Sharp, Panasonic, BMW, and Mercedes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• Experience as a Technical Account Manager or in a similar technical role
• Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and video delivery ecosystems is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with external partners
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills
• Fluent English (spoken and written)

• Act as the primary technical contact for content partners during onboarding
• Support partners with technical integration of video applications
• Coordinate onboarding activities with internal teams (Engineering, Product, QA)
• Run regular status meetings and provide clear progress updates
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when needed
• Contribute to improving onboarding processes and workflows
