Project Manager

apreel was founded in April 2010 by friends who dreamed of creating their own software house. With the company's growth and increasing client trust, it expanded its services to include IT expert leasing, which now constitutes the main pillar of apreel's business. The founders continue to pursue their passion for creating proprietary IT solutions and aim for their continuous improvement.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT on the supplier side
• At least 6 years of total professional experience
• Past technical experience (e.g., as a system analyst, developer, or architect)
• Experience in the insurance or broader financial sector
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes
• Practical knowledge of project tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage projects realistically, not just coordinate tasks
• Highly developed communication and organizational skills
• Skills in team management, problem solving, Jira, and systems development life cycle
• Languages: Polish and English

• Leading end-to-end IT projects on the supplier side
• Managing the project team and collaborating with clients from the financial sector, mainly insurance
• Planning, monitoring, and controlling project execution according to business assumptions
• Coordinating work in an Agile environment and following SDLC processes
• Managing project risk, scope, and communication
• Collaborating with technical teams (analysts, developers, architects) in project decision-making
