Client Onboarding Engineer | Telematics

Teltonika's Telematics Business Unit develops and produces GPS tracking devices for fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Teltonika Group designs and manufactures over 20 million IoT devices, sold worldwide through offices in 20 countries, with production facilities in Lithuania.

• Maintain live and active direct communication with customers throughout sales and early implementation phases, including visits, live chats, and video calls.
• Work with Teltonika Telematics GNSS tracking devices embedding Bluetooth, CANbus, RS232/RS485, and 1-Wire technologies.
• Propose ways to incorporate devices for various use cases.
• Guide and help new customers integrate Teltonika Telematics solutions.
• Conduct business trips to visit clients and assist with device implementation (one trip per quarter expected).
• Organize training sessions and presentations for specific clients.
• Cooperate with the sales team by providing consultation on processes and solutions and contribute to strategic customer integration and project alignment.
• Collect and share technical information, record issues during visits, and collaborate with the technical engineering team.
