• 5+ years of experience as a Java Developer
• 2 years of experience in a Tech Lead role
• Strong technical skills in Java and Spring Boot
• Strong soft skills
• Proven ability to design scalable and maintainable systems
• Experience working in a software house or consultancy environment
• Very good understanding of backend architectures and development best practices

• Design and architect end-to-end backend systems and solutions
