Scrum Master

We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master who can combine strong leadership skills with a proactive strive for improvement. In this role, you’ll help our teams deliver value at scale, adjust processes, and make sure SAFe principles are more than just theory.

• Experienced Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead (3–5+ years) with a track record in IT or data environments.
• Knowledgeable in data product lifecycle, data mesh concepts, and agile-at-scale (SAFe) practices.
• Skilled at connecting people, managing dependencies, and driving clarity in complex environments.
• Proficient in agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps) and comfortable facilitating cross-team communication.
• Curious, adaptive, and motivated to make an impact through data and technology.

• Lead and coach agile data product teams to deliver measurable business outcomes through Data Mesh principles.
• Manage intake, prioritization, and backlog to align delivery with strategic priorities and domain objectives.
• Orchestrate release planning and execution as part of the PT Data Mesh release train, ensuring smooth coordination across teams.
• Identify and proactively remove roadblocks; drive transparency, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between business, IT, and data governance partners to ensure compliance and data quality.
