This position plays a key role in shaping and evolving digital HR capabilities across an international organization. Wymagania

  • Degree in IT, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong command of English and German (minimum C1 level)
  • Solid understanding of HR systems, particularly SAP-based solutions and cloud HR platforms
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, JIRA)
  • Extensive leadership experience, including managing both teams and senior contributors
  • Proven track record in delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives
  • Background in product-focused roles within HR technology environments
  • Experience leading change management and transformation programs
  • Familiarity with enterprise system integration and complex ERP landscapes
  • Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities in complex environments

Obowiązki

  • Lead and guide multiple HR technology product teams, setting direction and ensuring consistent delivery standards
  • Build a collaborative, high-performance environment across teams and stakeholders
  • Oversee and mentor several Product Owners, supporting their leadership and decision-making responsibilities
  • Own and drive the HR IT roadmap, aligning initiatives with broader organizational and HR strategies
  • Enable the successful delivery of global IT initiatives, ensuring quality execution and timely outcomes
  • Serve as a central interface for key stakeholders, facilitating communication and alignment
  • Lead discussions on product vision, priorities, timelines, and feature development
  • Take full ownership of the HR IT budget, ensuring financial accountability across the product group
  • Co-create and define global strategies for workforce-related systems alongside senior leadership
  • Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and performance monitoring
  • Ensure seamless integration across HR systems, especially where solutions span multiple teams or platforms
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional leadership roles within the IT and HR ecosystem
