Business Analysts (Data/Regulations)

1 Consultant: Data handling and harmonization:

• 5-10 years of relevant work history
• Proven experience with large data sets and professional proficiency in SQL
• Good knowledge of accounting and balance sheet structures including various financial instruments
• Ability to define and document data structures and ETL flows
• Ability to drive discussions with business stakeholders and obtain formal sign-off
• Skills in utilizing AI for efficiency and new use cases
• Working proficiency in JIRA

2 Consultant: Regulations and Definitions:

• 5-10 years of relevant work history
• Good working knowledge of regulatory reporting frameworks such as COREP, AnaCredit, FINREP, SHS-G
• Good understanding of regulatory reporting requirements and quality expectations like CRR, BCBS239
• Proven track record in creating reporting IT solutions with various technologies, databases, reporting/BI tools, and calculation engines
• Professional proficiency in SQL with databases such as Snowflake, Oracle, MS SQL
• Ability to detail regulatory definitions and expectations with business stakeholders
• Working proficiency in JIRA

1 Consultant: Data handling and harmonization:

• Work with large data sets and professional proficiency in SQL with databases such as Snowflake, Oracle, MS SQL
• Define and document data structures and ETL flows within and across applications
• Contribute to functional design of the end-to-end solutioning including controls, analysis, reporting, and sign-off
• Document metadata including data origin, assumptions, regulatory obligations, and reporting frameworks
• Drive discussions with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and obtain formal sign-off
• Utilize AI to improve work efficiency and introduce new use cases
• Working proficiency in JIRA

2 Consultant: Regulations and Definitions:

• Knowledge of regulatory reporting frameworks required from banks such as COREP, AnaCredit, FINREP, SHS-G
• Understand regulatory reporting requirements and quality expectations such as CRR, BCBS239
• Create reporting IT solutions using various technologies, databases, reporting/BI tools, and calculation engines producing regulatory metrics
• Work with large data sets and professional proficiency in SQL with databases such as Snowflake, Oracle, MS SQL
• Detail regulatory definitions and expectations with business stakeholders to create well-documented functional specifications bridging regulatory requirements and technical implementation
• Working proficiency in JIRA

Candidates must be located in Poland. Work location: Warsaw with 2-3 days in office. Start ASAP. Hourly rate: 129 PLN/h.
