ApptioOne Technical Business Management Specialist

Mindbox is a tech-driven company connecting top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe. The role involves joining a dynamic TBM & FinOps team responsible for maintaining and enhancing the ApptioOne system, a key solution for IT Financial Management, cost optimization, and delivering actionable insights into IT infrastructure efficiency.

• Hands-on experience with ApptioOne and completion of the Certified Practitioner: ApptioOne TBM Studio Configuration course or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of Enterprise Infrastructure (data centers, servers, storage, mainframe).
• Proven analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and fluency in English.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate them clearly.
• Problem-solving mindset and innovative thinking.

Nice to have:

• FinOps experience or certification.
• Familiarity with API integrations and basic Python scripting.

• Lead technical design and enhancements for ApptioOne to support on-premise FinOps.
• Own and optimize the current ApptioOne model to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Finance, Technology, Procurement, and Business units to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
• Analyze complex datasets, clean and standardize information, and provide accurate reports.
• Identify opportunities to optimize costs and maximize the value of IT investments.
