Wymagania
- Knowledge in Marketing Engagement & Funnel Optimization with experience in mapping the B2B customer journey and understanding the marketing-sales funnel.
- Ability to identify pain points and engagement gaps and link project activities directly to KPIs such as "Active Buyers" and "GMV per Active Buyer".
- Proficient in coordinating campaigns and Marketing Mix components (e.g., landing pages, ad creatives, email sequences).
- Experience collaborating with specialized marketing teams (CVM, Marketing Automation, Performance Marketing) to assess the effectiveness of various strategies and channel contributions.
- Skilled in customer segmentation using behavioral, needs-based, and value-based techniques and analyzing customer data to identify distinct segments and ideal customer profiles (ICP).
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring of complex marketing projects, identifying key stakeholders, managing expectations, and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in risk mitigation strategies for projects (e.g., market changes, resource constraints).
- Professional experience as Program/Project Manager (preferably in marketing or B2B sector), Product Marketing Manager, Growth Marketing Manager with a strong B2B focus, or Senior Analyst/Associate in strategic consulting specializing in marketing strategy or B2B.
Obowiązki
- Drive initiatives related to activation and retention of buyers as a Project Manager in the B2B Customer Acquisition & Engagement team.
- Lead projects directly aimed at increasing key engagement metrics: number of active buyers and GMV per active user.
- Actively work on optimizing the acquisition and engagement funnel by mapping the B2B customer journey at all touchpoints (e.g., purchase consideration, conversion, retention) and identifying drop-off areas and engagement gaps.
- Stimulate engagement metrics by coordinating cross-functional projects with substantive teams, including the marketing department.
- Support the design and implementation of customer acquisition and engagement strategies, including customer segmentation and tailoring the marketing mix to specific segments.
