Wymagania
- Good understanding of Data Networks Topologies and protocols.
- Experience working to ITIL/Agile Standards/Framework.
Obowiązki
- Support Telecoms incidents globally and provide expertise in resolution.
- Have good working knowledge of Telecoms infrastructure and associated components.
- Work as part of a global NOC team.
- Monitor infrastructure, raise vendor tickets, and facilitate recovery without impacting service.
- Work with Incident managers and other teams to provide inputs regarding Data Centre incidents.
- Work within a global diverse team of engineers and vendors to provide support on a “follow the Sun” basis.
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends.
- Recover IT systems and support services according to agreed business/IT service levels and incident management processes.
- Drive down infrastructure service outages and repeat failures.
- Ensure global standards are set and adhered to.
- Work with Service Providers to ensure contractual commitments and continuous improvement.
- Drive to improve the services provided to the business.
- Provide valuable inputs in process improvement.
- Collaborate as a good team player at all levels.
- Willingness and ability to learn new telecoms technologies and supporting tools.
