QA Manager

Keepit is a company providing a platform that offers customers an immutable, historical archive of their data in systems such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Entra ID, Dynamics 365, and Zendesk. They protect customers against threats ranging from ransomware to simple accidents. Their backend components are primarily written in modern C++ and Common Lisp, running on Linux, focusing on performance, reliability, and predictability.

• Proven experience leading quality with solid communication and decision-making skills.
• Deep understanding of QA methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Experience in risk analysis and risk management.
• Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in QA metrics.
• Strong background in change management.

Nice to have:

• Proactive problem solver with a strong business mindset.
• ISTQB certifications.
• Experience with test automation and modern QA tools.
• Familiarity with backup, storage, or data protection technologies.

• Oversee the end-to-end quality assurance process, ensuring software meets defined quality standards prior to release.
• Drive a culture of quality by embedding best practices across the SDLC/STLC and promoting continuous process improvement.
• Define and implement QA strategy, including test frameworks, test plans, automation approach, and quality metrics to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering leadership, influencing quality-related decisions and risk management.
• Support individual growth and development.
• Encourage cross-team collaboration and contribute to collaborative engineering culture.
