Python Developer

Position at one of the world's largest banks working on stable, long-term projects.

• More than 5 years of solid experience in Python.
• Solid experience with Pandas, NumPy, Flask, and Django.
• Experience in machine learning, NLP, and AI is an advantage.
• Experience building FX or Rates pricing systems is an advantage.
• Experience with KDB or Cloud solutions is an advantage.
• Ability to work with local and global teams.
• Good understanding of Agile development methodology and delivery-driven approach.
• Leadership skills and ability to provide guidance to junior team members.
• Flexible approach to delivery responsibility.
• Open-minded with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Effective communication skills in written and oral English.

• Work within a team of 4–6 people with a dedicated product owner.
• Take business requirements, divide them into stories, and deliver each story iteratively to production.
• Provide product support as part of the team responsibility.
• Identify areas of technical debt and balance tech debt with new functionality.
• Design solutions ensuring compliance with technology guidelines and constraints.
• Pair with other team members during development.
