• Higher education in IT or secondary education with a specialization as an IT technician
• Approximately 2 years of experience in IT systems administration is preferred
• Good knowledge of Linux and Windows Server
• Experience working with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, or similar)
• Knowledge of databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL)
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / Oracle)
• Ability to automate tasks using Bash, PowerShell, Python
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Zabbix, Prometheus)
• Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP)
• Ability to diagnose and solve problems
• Independence, responsibility, and ability to work in a team
• Openness to learning, creativity, and initiative
• Driving license category B

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Ansible
• Experience in cloud or hybrid environments
• Knowledge of IT security issues
• Experience with high availability (HA) systems
• Experience with backup solutions (e.g., Veeam, Nakivo)

• Administration and development of server environments (Windows Server / Linux)
• Implementation, configuration, and maintenance of IT services and systems (on-premises and cloud)
• Management of containerization environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Administration of application services and databases
• Monitoring systems, responding to incidents, and troubleshooting
• Automation of processes (scripts, DevOps tools)
• Management of backups and data recovery
• Optimization of IT environment performance and stability
• Participation in designing architecture and system integration and implementing new solutions
• Supervision of the currency and correct configuration of supervised systems
• Creating and maintaining up-to-date technical documentation covering system architecture, configurations, operational procedures, and maintenance processes
