Wymagania

  • Student or recent graduate with a 'tech-adjacent' background such as Information Systems, Business, Communications, IT Management, or related fields.
  • Available to work full-time.
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and professionally.
  • Natural drive to understand the "how" and "why" behind complex systems.
  • Willingness and ability to learn JavaScript/Java to implement solutions; professional coding experience not required.
  • Logical problem-solving skills and comfort navigating data-heavy environments.
  • Ability to manage high-stakes relationships in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Diligent and detail-oriented; persistent in solving problems.
  • Transparent communicator.
  • Ability to operate independently and anticipate best solutions in a startup environment.

Optional:

  • Graduate of Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another technical degree.
  • Basic knowledge of Java and JavaScript.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role requiring problem-solving on the fly.

Obowiązki

  • Analyze client business requirements and architect technical workflows within the product to meet those needs.
  • Support end-to-end onboarding process, guiding clients through platform configuration and API integration.
  • Act as the "voice of the customer" for the Engineering team, translating user feedback into clear technical requirements for the product roadmap.
  • Develop an expert-level understanding of the infrastructure, including security protocols, data handling, and third-party integrations.
  • Identify potential friction points in the user journey and proactively provide technical solutions to prevent churn.
