ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S S.A.) was established in January 2021 following the integration of ERGO Digital IT and Atena into one entity. As part of ERGO Technology & Services Management AG, the technology holding of ERGO Group AG, they support millions of internal and external customers with IT solutions. In October 2022, ET&S S.A. expanded by creating a Business Services unit offering skills in reporting, analysis, actuarial, and input management. They implement AI, IoT, Voice Recognition, Big Data science, advanced mobile solutions, and business-related services.

• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role
• Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum and SDLC
• Experience working with dev teams (frontend preferred), QA, architects, and DevOps
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements
• Strong prioritization and decision-making skills
• Hands-on experience with backlog management, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to work in complex, cross-team environments

Nice to have:

• Fluent German
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g. insurance, finance)
• Familiarity with API-based architectures and backend dependencies
• Familiarity with Figma

• Owning and managing the frontend backlog and roadmap, aligning with business priorities and timelines
• Translating requirements into clear, implementable user stories with acceptance criteria
• Collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and QA, ensuring shared understanding and feasibility
• Participating in sprint ceremonies, planning, and monitoring delivery progress
• Managing dependencies, risks, and ensuring smooth, high-quality releases
• Ensuring alignment with architecture, standards, and continuous improvement
• Maintaining documentation and reporting progress
