• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Manager in digital B2C products
• Strategic thinking and ability to connect dots unnoticed by others
• Data-driven decision making
• Ability to explain complex matters clearly
• Knowledge of UX/UI fundamentals and best practices
• Assertiveness and result orientation
• Proactive and creative thinking
• English language proficiency at least B2 level

Nice to have:

• Practical knowledge of Adobe Analytics

• Use of AI tools to optimize processes and work

• Responsible for the development of a digital product for PLL LOT passengers, from vision through strategy to real impact on revenue and customer satisfaction
• Create and consistently implement product strategy, ensuring coherence of actions
• Discover new growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, user behavior, and quantitative data
• Translate insights into initiatives and functionalities with real business impact
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze initiatives and assess their business value based on data
• Manage product roadmap and define priorities guiding team work
• Work with technical and business teams, inspiring them with product vision, strategy, and results
• Ensure clear communication within the organization regarding product decisions
