Operations and Supply Chain Manager (M/F/D)

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Clinical Supply within a regulated GxP environment (GMP/GCP) in pharmaceutical or biotechnology development
• Good understanding of GMP requirements related to manufacturing, release, storage, and shipment of clinical materials
• Experience in planning manufacturing slots and coordinating material availability for clinical programs
• Knowledge of clinical supply processes including packaging, labeling, distribution, and IP management is a strong advantage
• Experience in collaboration with CDMOs, CROs and logistics providers
• Ability to collaborate across functional lines and work effectively in a matrix environment
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities
• Proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in standard office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Visio, etc.)
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, with strong communication and presentation skills

• Coordinate supply chain activities for Drug Substance (DS) and Drug Product (DP)
• Manage operational collaboration with CDMOs, CROs
• Plan manufacturing slots and material availability for clinical programs
• Oversee logistics, shipments, and storage of GMP materials
• Work closely with the Clinical team to define and execute the clinical supply strategy, ensure timely availability of IMP and study materials, and support packaging, labeling, and distribution to clinical sites
• Monitor timelines, risks, and dependencies across the supply chain
• Support clinical supply planning and forecasting
• Ensure proper documentation flow (CoA, release documents, shipment documentation)
• Coordinate internal stakeholders across CMC, QA, RA, and Clinical teams
