Service Desk Agent with German, Polish and English

• Fluency in English, German and Polish (at least B2)
• Familiarity with computer hardware construction
• Knowledge of MS Windows 8/8.1/10/11 and MS Office 2013/2016/2019 package
• Team-oriented attitude
• High-level communication skills

• Processing reports of technical problems as 1st Line Telephone Customer Service
• Forwarding requests to other departments if no other solution is possible
• Ensuring the quality of communication
• Registering and analyzing reports
• Suggesting improvements and optimizations
• Diagnosing the problems and trying to solve them
