Community Manager

One More Level is a game development studio with nearly 70 employees, known for creating fast and action-packed games such as Ghostrunner and Ghostrunner 2, which was nominated for Game Awards. They are currently working on Valor Mortis, a game revealed at Gamescom 2025. The company aims to create unique, bold, and conceptually independent games that challenge AAA productions in audiovisual quality, emphasizing team spirit, shared vision, and transparency.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in online community or social channel management
• Strong understanding of major social platforms and their best practices, mainly Facebook, X, Instagram, Discord, Reddit
• Ability to moderate and monitor discussions on social media platforms
• Ability to create engaging visual content, including graphics and short videos
• Familiarity with design and video editing tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, or equivalents
• Experience running paid social campaigns including targeting, budgeting, and performance optimization
• Good sense of trends, including new formats, meme culture, and popular themes
• Interest in games, gaming communities, and industry trends
• Great communication skills
• Analytical mindset to interpret community feedback and engagement data into actionable improvements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish
• Willingness to work on-site in Kraków office

• Manage and grow One More Level’s social media channels across all relevant platforms
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content including posts, images, videos, reels, and stories
• Build an active community by connecting with players and responding thoughtfully to their comments and interactions
• Analyze content performance, draw conclusions, and adapt strategies to optimize results
• Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns on social platforms, including budgeting, targeting, and performance analysis
• Collaborate with marketing, art, and production teams to support game announcements, updates, and promotional activities
