Software Engineer - C++ & C#

Autodesk develops Autodesk Revit, a leading Building Information Modeling (BIM) software used by architects, engineers, and building industry professionals to design various structures including skyscrapers, airports, landmarks, homes, and businesses. The position is based in Krakow with a hybrid working model and involves collaboration with a global team.

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 1+ years experience in C++ and .NET/C# programming.
• Ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative global environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, algorithm, and reasoning skills.
• Good teamwork spirit in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English (written and oral) with proactive communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in fast-paced product delivery and agile practices.
• Knowledge of the AEC domain or related product experience.

• Design and develop new capabilities and improve existing code.
• Estimate tasks for projects and ensure timely completion.
• Ensure code quality through peer code reviews and unit testing.
• Conduct research and recommend tools and standards for engineering efforts.
• Document and present ideas and solutions accurately.
• Communicate with product owner and user experience designer to understand customer requirements.
• Collaborate with testing engineers and domain experts to design and apply comprehensive testing plans.
• Work with tech lead and architect to maintain code quality and architectural consistency.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders on technical strategy, issue solving, and dependency coordination.
• Contribute to process and deliverable improvements to increase team effectiveness and efficiency.

Position based in Krakow, Poland with hybrid work model. Candidates must be fluent in English. Existing contractors or consultants with Autodesk should apply internally.
