Obowiązki
- Handling user requests; direct involvement in managing tickets, incidents, and problems
- Diagnosing and resolving incidents related to software and hardware, including operating systems (Windows and iOS) and various applications, including mobile
- Diagnosing and resolving incidents related to devices such as printers, copiers, and scanners, including label printers
- Creating and updating operational instructions and documentation
