Wymagania
- Experience in application support or business application consulting
- Good knowledge of SQL Server and basic database concepts
- Understanding of system integrations and REST APIs
- Experience with scripting or automation using PowerShell
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and customer-oriented approach
- English at a professional working level
Nice to have:
- Power Apps, VBA, Python
- Experience with RPA tools such as Blue Prism
Obowiązki
- Provide day-to-day application support (DMS platform) in an on-site working model
- Analyse and resolve incidents and service requests
- Support users by understanding business processes and needs
- Work with integrations and external systems via REST APIs
- Perform basic data analysis and troubleshooting using SQL Server
- Support automation and configuration tasks
