In Krakow, we contribute to this mission by delivering best-in-class operations and advice to the Lundbeck Group in the areas of Accounting to Reporting, Procurement, IT & Business Process and System Support, People Services, Legal, Compliance & Sustainability, as well as Process Excellence & Transformation Department and others.

• Student or recent graduate in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analysis, IT, Computer Science, Finance, Economics or similar).
• Good working knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables; entry VBA level).
• Comfortable working with data and have an analytical mindset.
• Communicate confidently in English.
• Curious and eager to learn, always looking for better and smarter ways of working.
• Take accountability for tasks and follow through on commitments.
• Adaptable and open to change, comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Enjoy creative problem-solving and are not afraid to propose new ideas.

• Support the team in improving and automating business processes through data-driven solutions.
• Work with Excel and VBA to simplify daily tasks, build smart tools, and support decision-making with meaningful insights.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders, respond to real business needs, and see the direct impact of your work.
• Explore new ideas, challenge existing ways of working, and continuously learn.
• Contribute to initiatives that support Lundbeck’s mission of improving the lives of people living with brain diseases.
• Join the Data Analytics Office team based in Krakow, working in an international and collaborative environment.
