RPA Developer

Office Samurai is a technology consulting company that implements automation solutions for office work in large corporations. The company currently has a team of 35 people and continues to grow. They provide training, consulting, and create solutions in Robotic Process Automation, Document Understanding, Task Mining, AI Conversational platforms, and other low-code tools.

• Experience in development with UiPath, enabling creation of independent, fully testable components, and implementing bot architecture based on the Process Template.
• Good technical skills and eagerness to learn new solutions.
• Logical and precise thinking skills.
• Thoroughness and attention to detail.
• Good collaboration with team and clients' employees.
• Proficiency in English at a communicative level (minimum B2).
• Responsibility and commitment to tasks.

• Active participation in all phases of automation projects (from identifying processes for automation, through designing and developing solutions, preparing documentation, to their testing, implementation, and maintenance).
• Expanding skills by learning new technologies including API, VBA, SQL, Python, .net, IDP, chatbots.
• Daily application and shaping of best development practices with the team.
• Supporting clients in technical and process matters.
• Assisting less experienced team members.
• Possibility of other career paths such as leading trainings, preparing infrastructure, agentic projects, analytics.
