Wymagania

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 13 years of experience troubleshooting and advocating for customers' needs, triaging technical issues including hardware, software, application, operational, and process.
  • 13 years of experience with two or more of the following: Web Tech, Data/Big Data, Systems Admin, Machine Learning, Networking, Kubernetes, Oracle, SAP.
  • Experience reading code in general purpose languages such as Java, C, C++, Python, Shell, Go, or JavaScript, or experience in system design.
  • Fluent English communication skills for customer-facing sales role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in technical consulting supporting large enterprise customers with high service-level objectives and agreements.
  • 5 years of experience managing a technical, customer-facing team.
  • Experience with cloud computing (certifications, internships, coursework).
  • Experience with packet capture/analysis, artificial packet creation, load testing, and traffic path analysis for network performance troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, Routing, VPNs, VLANs, Peering, Load Balancing.

  • Lead a team by setting and communicating priorities aligned with organizational goals.
  • Meet regularly with team members to discuss performance, development, and provide feedback and coaching.
  • File issue reports against product, documentation, and procedures by documenting desired behavior or reproduction steps and drive bugs to resolution.
  • Suggest code-level resolutions for product bugs using relevant tools and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Resolve technical incidents and escalations by performing analysis using tools like SQL, R, Python, and data infrastructure.
  • Identify opportunities and build solutions to improve support or empower customers through self-service tools and documentation.
