Tech Lead / Solution Architect (MVP / Digital Platform)

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT projects
• Experience as Tech Lead, Solution Architect, or Principal Engineer
• Experience in system and architecture design
• Experience in end-to-end project delivery
• Knowledge of modern platforms and systems (e.g., microservices, distributed systems)
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Ability to combine technical and leadership roles

Nice to have:

• Experience building platforms, products, or marketplaces
• Experience with greenfield projects or MVPs
• Experience in regulated environments, security, or defense

• Design the solution architecture and make key technological decisions
• Lead the project from concept phase to MVP delivery
• Coordinate the work of the development team
• Ensure project delivery in terms of scope, time, and quality
