Wymagania
- 5+ years in IT project delivery, digital transformation, or related roles with proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and IT service management.
- Strategic thinking to develop and implement delivery strategies aligned with business goals.
- Leadership skills to lead, motivate, and onboard teams to achieve milestones and maintain a positive, collaborative environment.
- Broad technical understanding of IT systems and software to support scalable solutions.
- Project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor projects meeting timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to analyze issues and implement practical solutions.
- Agile expertise to apply and embed agile practices, coach teams, and drive iterative delivery.
- Risk and change management skills to identify and mitigate risks and lead smooth transitions.
- Communication and presentation skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and present results confidently.
Obowiązki
- Facilitate end-to-end delivery of digital and IT products (planning, development, testing, release) using frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Team of Teams, Prince2.
- Monitor progress, quality, scope, and budget; track risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement in ways of working and team performance, promote best practices, and support onboarding to foster collaboration and learning.
- Act as the primary link between teams, product owners, business units, and external partners; manage communication, changes, stakeholder expectations, and resolve conflicts.
- Translate business needs into IT deliverables to ensure solutions support organizational goals and validate stakeholder requirements.
- Remove impediments and optimize team productivity by ensuring necessary resources and applying improvement strategies.
- Depending on seniority, support multiple teams and/or assume product ownership responsibilities including backlog prioritization and stakeholder alignment.
- Apply the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle to structure delivery, continuously review and refine processes, and document lessons learned.
