AI Agent Engineer

• Practical, commercial experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Experience building AI agents or business process automation in Microsoft environment (Power Platform / Copilot / Azure)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure including service integration, environment configuration, and API usage
• Understanding of LLM concepts, prompt engineering, and agent architecture
• High independence and proactivity
• Communication skills for clear reporting and teamwork

Nice to have:

• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Experience with RAG / data integration for agents
• Experience optimizing costs and performance of LLM-based solutions

• Practical, commercial experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio – independently designing and implementing AI agents end-to-end (from concept, through configuration, to deployment and maintenance)
• Experience in building AI agents or business process automation in the Microsoft environment (Power Platform / Copilot / Azure)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure – in terms of service integration, environment configuration, and working with APIs
• Experience integrating agents with external systems (APIs, databases, business tools)
• Understanding of LLM concepts, prompt engineering, and basic agent architecture (e.g., workflows, decisioning, chaining)
• High independence, ability to lead tasks and initiatives without constant supervision after onboarding
• Proactivity, identifying improvements, proposing solutions, and taking initiative in the AI area
• Ownership and responsibility, care for quality, deadlines, and final effect of delivered solutions
• Communication skills, clear status reporting, ability to ask relevant questions, and collaborate in a distributed team
