PMO Delivery Lead

Mindbox is a tech-driven company connecting top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe. The role is part of the global Chief Technology Office (CTO) team, acting as a strategic partner and single point of contact for CTO functional areas to ensure portfolio delivery excellence and alignment with enterprise priorities.

• Strong expertise in portfolio management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
• Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills, with significant exposure to senior executives.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and deliver at pace.
• Excellent leadership and negotiation skills with a track record of bringing teams together.
• In-depth knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, and project accounting principles.
• Familiarity with technology infrastructure and fintech ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience with reporting and producing insights for C-level leadership.
• Exposure to continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

• Serve as the main PMO interface for assigned CTO Areas and bridge connections between local stakeholders and central PMO.
• Ensure alignment of Area’s portfolio outcomes with strategic business priorities.
• Provide accurate and timely planning support, portfolio health monitoring, and reporting to senior leadership.
• Identify and escalate thematic risks and issues to ensure proactive risk management.
• Ensure compliance with corporate frameworks and standards.
• Support annual planning cycles and resource forecasting, ensuring effective portfolio governance.
• Facilitate alignment and interlock between multiple programs across Technology.
• Produce high-level, data-driven reports for CTO leadership.
