Product Owner (Lending API Services)

Mindbox is a tech-driven company connecting top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe. The role involves ownership of API-driven products enhancing customer experience within a Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) proposition.

• Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner with API-driven or B2B2C products.
• Strong understanding of API design, documentation, and backend integration with microservices.
• Business and technical acumen combined with experience in product discovery and user-centric design.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven decision-making mindset with experience in performance metrics.

Nice to have:

• Experience in building orchestration/workflow services and customer onboarding.
• Background in SaaS or Financial Services.
• Familiarity with lending-based products.

• Define and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders and development teams.
• Break down roadmap objectives into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Build on top of the core banking platform, ensuring smooth integration of client applications.
• Support sprint planning, governance, and compliance standards.
• Drive an API-first approach, focusing on developer-friendly design and documentation.
• Shape the product roadmap and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions powering key lending onboarding and in-life customer journeys.
