Scrum Master (m/f/d)

Commerzbank is a leading international commercial bank with branches and offices in almost 50 countries. The company is transitioning from a traditional bank to a digital enterprise, working in inter-locational and international teams using agile methodologies. The Sales Analytics cluster supports sales teams with data-driven analyses, AI, and machine learning, managing sales tools to deliver insights and enhance customer experience. The cluster operates across Frankfurt, Lodz, and Prague, collaborating closely with private, business, and corporate client sales teams, utilizing modern IT infrastructures and cloud solutions.

• High knowledge of Scrum Framework (e.g., PSM I/II Certificate)
• Good knowledge of Agile Methods (e.g., SAFe)
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
• English language proficiency at B2/C1 level

• Facilitate Scrum events such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach the team on Agile and Scrum practices to improve efficiency, quality, and collaboration
• Actively identify and remove impediments preventing the team from achieving goals
• Support Product Owners in their duties and responsibilities
• Ensure information radiators are up-to-date to promote transparency and communication
• Track and measure team performance using Scrum metrics like velocity and burn-down charts
• Engage with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and address concerns
• Foster an environment prioritizing continuous improvement and encourage experiments

Alternative Tasks and/or (depending on demand):

• Facilitate collaboration and coordination between different teams, especially within larger Agile frameworks such as SAFe
• Manage and administer Agile tools like Jira and Confluence to ensure effective utilization
• Create and present reports for management and stakeholders regarding team progress and impediments
• Champion Agile practices and values throughout the organization
• Mediate conflicts within the team to maintain a healthy and collaborative environment
• Monitor market trends in Agile and Scrum and introduce relevant practices to the team
