Junior Software Engineer

• Higher or technical education and at least 1 year of programming experience preferred
• Very good knowledge and experience in working with C, Unix/Linux, and software development
• Very good command of English
• Communication skills

• Ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge
• Open to travelling

• Knowledge of Java SE and EE technologies
• Unix shell scripting
• Client-server programming with REST API
• Python programming
• Designing and programming large-scale, distributed systems
• Knowledge of relational databases in popular RDBMS systems
• Knowledge of cloud solutions

• Development and maintenance of a complex lottery online transaction processing system
• Maintaining existing system installations for clients
• Implementation of changes and new functionalities in existing systems at the client’s request
• Performing a full range of tasks from requirements specification to QA test support
• Developing new system implementations by adapting the baseline system based on customer requirements
• Participation in future system implementations for customers worldwide
