• Solid understanding and practical experience applying AI to software development acceleration (e.g., AI-driven code reviews, pattern recognition, development insights).
• 7+ years of experience in application development using Java ecosystems, including backend and full-stack experience.
• Proficiency with Java and Web API development, focusing on scalable and secure systems.
• Strong, hands-on experience with React and modern UI design for high-performance applications.
• Advanced knowledge of database design and SQL (SQL Server), including performance tuning and query optimization.
• Expertise in DevOps practices such as continuous integration and continuous delivery.
• Experience across the SDLC (requirements, architecture, coding, testing, deployments, maintenance).
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to deliver under pressure.

• Implement robust, AI-enabled features using industry best practices and design patterns.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to recommend improvements and innovative solutions.
• Lead UI changes and enhance UX for developer-facing platforms.
• Actively participate in DevOps automation to streamline CI/CD workflows.
• Manage deployment changes through the service lifecycle with a strong focus on quality and reliability.
• Participate in software architecture discussions and contribute to solution design.
• Develop proof-of-concept prototypes leveraging AI and ML patterns to validate product ideas.
• Ensure exceptional stakeholder communication and provide quick issue resolution for global teams.
