Technology Reporting Analyst - Automation & Innovation Department

We are looking for a Technology Reporting Analyst with proven experience and a passion for turning complex telecommunications data into actionable insights. This role combines deep analytical skills with hands-on experience with BI tools.

• Strong analytical skills with an ability to analyze business needs and design appropriate analytics solutions.
• Hands-on experience with BI and data visualization, analytics tools (preferably Power BI, Tableau).
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Power BI.

• Monitor and track Technology area Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring accurate and timely data collection.
• Design, develop, and maintain KPI dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) and reports to communicate performance trends to stakeholders and enable self-service and informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with Technology units and management to identify, define, and refine relevant KPIs.
• Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Perform data validation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and trust in analytics outputs.
• Proactively recommend improvements in KPI reporting processes and technologies.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across various sources and reporting tools.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and present findings to management.
