• Minimum 4 years of experience in data engineering with readiness to take responsibility for end-to-end products and independently execute them
• Strong knowledge of Python, Spark, Airflow, SQL; dbt knowledge is optional
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture in AWS environment
• Ability to work comfortably in cross-functional teams
• English proficiency enabling smooth communication with the US team
• Willingness to work hours overlapping with US time zones

• Actively participate in key technological decisions
• Develop new functionalities and maintain existing ones with emphasis on quality and best practices
• Proactively propose solutions and resolve issues promptly
• Continuously improve tools and participate in technology selection
• Write tests and participate in code reviews to ensure quality
