Business Application Consultant (Document Management System)

• Experience in application support or business application consulting.
• Good knowledge of SQL Server and basic database concepts.
• Understanding of system integrations and REST APIs.
• Experience with scripting or automation using PowerShell.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
• English at a professional working level.

Nice to have:

• Power Apps, VBA, Python.
• Experience with RPA tools such as Blue Prism.

• Provide day-to-day application support for the Document Management System (DMS) platform in an on-site working model.
• Analyse and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Support users by understanding business processes and needs.
• Work with integrations and external systems via REST APIs.
• Perform basic data analysis and troubleshooting using SQL Server.
• Support automation and configuration tasks.
