• Very good command of German and English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong self-organization skills.
• High level of professionalism.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

• Providing administrative support, including recruitment-related activities performed within recruitment tools.
• Coordinating the recruitment process and document flow.
• Screening of candidates applications.
• Conducting preliminary candidate interviews with language verification.
• Representing the company at external events, such as job fairs.
