Mid/Senior DevOps Engineer

• 3+ years of commercial experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or platform engineering roles.
• Completed university degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, ideally using GitLab CI.
• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services, including ECS, EKS, EC2, IAM, and Lambda.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or AWS CDK.
• Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools such as OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Familiarity with backend technologies such as TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, or Kafka.
• Fluent communication skills in English and Polish and availability to work in a hybrid mode with 1–2 office visits per week.

• Design, develop, and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines and reusable automation components to improve developer productivity.
• Build and manage scalable AWS infrastructure supporting serverless (Lambda), containerized (ECS/EKS), and virtualized (EC2) workloads.
• Implement observability and telemetry solutions using OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and Prometheus to provide insights into system performance and application health.
• Troubleshoot production and infrastructure issues, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to system reliability improvements.
• Research and evaluate new technologies, creating Proofs of Concept (POCs) to assess feasibility and value.
• Support decision-making on technical solutions, balancing complexity, delivery speed, maintainability, and cost.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to improve developer experience and communicate technical concepts clearly.
