AI Delivery Manager

• Proven track record in delivering complex projects/programmes using Agile methodologies in a large, multinational corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle (initiation, analysis, design, testing, transition).
• Previous experience coordinating digital or AI-related initiatives preferred.
• Agile SCRUM certification or Project Management Professional equivalent.
• University degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Strong leadership skills to manage matrix-based global project teams.
• Commercial acumen and risk management capability.
• Excellent communication in English (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity with banking standards and financial industry practices is a plus.

• Drive end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives globally, from inception through production.
• Facilitate and participate in key Agile rituals across multiple Scrum teams.
• Coach and mentor team members, resolving conflicts and promoting delivery excellence.
• Lead roadmap creation and execution for AI products in partnership with Digital Product Teams.
• Manage timelines, budgets, backlogs, and quality metrics, reporting regularly to senior stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks, escalating issues promptly to minimize impact.
• Ensure strict governance adherence while contributing to process improvements.
• Collaborate with Business, IT, and cross-functional teams across regions to achieve programme goals.
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to support initiative success.
