Wymagania
- Minimum 1–2 years experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro module.
- Strong experience in ServiceNow ITOM.
- Hands-on experience with system integrations listed above.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing European working hours.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
Obowiązki
- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
- Execute and implement SAM & ITOM solutions according to scope.
- Integrate ServiceNow with multiple systems, including:
- Oracle – ensure agents receive correct rights for pattern execution and data retrieval.
- Single Sign-On (SSO) – integrate with Microsoft Entra ID to track software usage across applications.
- Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform.
- IBM / Red Hat systems.
- SAP ABAP and SAP SuccessFactors.
- GitHub.
- Implement ITOM Discovery using Agent Client Collector.
- (Low priority) Enhance current integrations for Miro, Jira, Confluence, DocuSign, Slack to move from Managed File Transfer (MFT) to direct ServiceNow integration.
