Senior Cloud Devops Engineer

Mindbox is a tech-driven company connecting top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe. The role is part of a global technology team supporting business-critical applications.

• Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps and GCP environments.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps toolchain: Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, Docker, Flux, GitHub, Maven.
• Expertise in CI/CD automation and cloud infrastructure provisioning in GCP (CloudSQL, GKE, Pub/Sub).
• Proficiency in scripting (Shell, Python; Golang is a plus).
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, CloudSQL, and relational database systems.
• Experience with Linux administration and containerized platforms.
• Familiarity with TLS implementations, messaging systems (IBM MQ, Solace), and sFTP connectivity.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience in Java/microservices architecture.
• Background in working with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
• Exposure to DevSecOps pipelines, REST APIs, and cloud-native observability practices.

• Work collaboratively with development teams to design and deliver infrastructure solutions for applications running on GCP and On-Prem environments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for infrastructure and tooling.
• Develop and enhance Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, TeamCity) and ensure deployment quality.
• Automate operational and maintenance tasks for Linux-based systems.
• Support production and non-production environments, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
• Oversee DevSecOps practices, vulnerability patching, disaster recovery, and service sustainability.
• Evaluate and optimize existing applications and tooling; introduce improvements to enhance performance and stability.
• Provide end-to-end technical support, including network troubleshooting, MQ and sFTP setup, certificate-based security (TLS), and coordination with global IT teams.
