Senior Java Developer

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer for a project in the field of molecular diagnostics. The product is an advanced, high-throughput diagnostic system designed for the detection of infectious diseases.

• Minimum 5 years of hands on experience as a Software Engineer/Java Developer
• Experience with Java 17
• Experience with Spring v6
• Experience with Hibernate v6 / JPA
• Experience with SQLite database
• Experience with Gradle
• Experience with Swing
• Experience with Docker
• Experience with Liquibase
• Hands on experience in using AI Agents in everyday work

• Design, development, and maintenance of backend applications in Java
• Creating solutions for high-performance systems with high data throughput
• Software integration with external devices and systems
• Analysis and optimization of system performance
• Development and maintenance of automated tests
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams (including hardware, QA, bioinformatics)
• Using AI-powered tools to increase work efficiency and code quality
