Obowiązki

  • Provide first-line IT support in a global environment, ensuring reliable and efficient assistance for end users across multiple locations
  • Deliver on-site and remote technical support for end users
  • Resolve incidents and service requests via ticketing systems, phone, and email
  • Troubleshoot, configure, and deploy hardware and software (PCs, laptops, Macs, mobile devices, printers)
  • Support Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, and basic network services (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
  • Maintain accurate documentation in ticketing systems and knowledge bases
  • Manage IT assets, inventory, and assist with procurement processes
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams or vendors when required
  • Participate in IT projects, deployments, and infrastructure support activities
  • Contribute to improving support procedures and documentation
