Senior React Native Engineer

SD Solutions is a staffing company operating worldwide. They are hiring for their client Sunbit, a fintech company that builds financial technology focused on point-of-sale lending and a next-generation, no-fee credit card. Sunbit's technology is available at over 30,000 service locations including auto dealerships, optical practices, dental offices, and specialty healthcare services. Their mission is to reduce financial stress from daily purchases, maximize shoppers' buying power, and provide local businesses with easier-to-use selling tools. Sunbit emphasizes trustworthy, inclusive, and transparent values.

• 5+ years of frontend/mobile development experience.
• Strong production experience with React Native, including app lifecycle and deployment to Google Play and the App Store.
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and CSS.
• Experience publishing and maintaining apps in Google Play and the App Store.
• End-to-end ownership mindset; proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Fluent in English for daily collaboration with the Israel team.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with React.
• Familiarity with backend development using Java or Kotlin.
• Experience with AI development tools like Cursor and Claude Code.
• Experience with end-to-end testing frameworks like Playwright.
• Knowledge of WebSockets.
• Prior experience in a fintech company, especially with payment processing or financial services.

• Develop and maintain the customer-facing native application.
• Take ownership of the end-to-end development of new Sunbeast features, from concept to deployment.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and deliver a seamless, high-performance user experience.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and team standards.
• Contribute to a collaborative environment, sharing expertise and mentoring other team members.
