Senior Fullstack Developer (Python + Angular)

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join an IT Hub in Poland. You will own the full product lifecycle of a global application designed to automate data collection, compliance reporting, and asset optimization across EMEA, APAC, and Americas.

• Expert Python (FastAPI, RESTful microservices, automation scripts).
• Advanced Angular (TypeScript, RxJS, complex forms/UI).
• Mastery of PostgreSQL (design & optimization) and ETL/ELT processes.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD (Jenkins/BitBucket), S3 Buckets, and Linux.
• Strong experience in SCRUM/Kanban environments.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Fluent English (B2/C1).
• Analytical mindset, ability to work autonomously, and strong negotiation skills.

Architecture & Development:

• Design end-to-end modular architecture and develop both Frontend (Angular) and Backend (Python/FastAPI) components.

Innovation:

• Integrate AI tools (LLMs, Code Assistants) to enhance development and automate complex data workflows.

DevOps:

• Manage deployment and scalability on Kubernetes clusters using CI/CD pipelines.

Data Management:

• Handle complex data consolidation, ETL processes, and PostgreSQL optimization.
