iOS Developer (Lead)

Dev4Hire specializes in organizing B2B contracts for IT specialists, connecting IT professionals with clients interested in their services. They focus on remote contracts and manage the entire contract selection and agreement process, including payment assurance.

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Mobile developer
• At least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead
• Main specialization in iOS Development with at least 6 years of experience
• Solid experience with iOS and Swift, including backend development implementation
• Fluent verbal English (B2/C1 level)
• Very good verbal Polish (minimum C1/C2 level)
• Location: residing in Poland or the European Union
• Knowledge of iOS, Swift, RxSwift, Xcode, Swift UI, UIKit, audio streaming, and video streaming

• Manage a team responsible for the implementation and maintenance of a mobile e-commerce/loyalty application
• Lead a development team of 5+ experienced developers (middle/senior)
• Collaborate long-term remotely with occasional visits
• Manage the team to deliver implementation tasks according to schedule and iteration plans in coordination with the implementation team
• Work with a complementary implementation team of 5-10 people
