• Fluent spoken and written English
• At least 5 years of proven experience in manual testing
• Excellent attention to detail with a natural curiosity to question and validate functionality
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to understand an application holistically and consider its interactions beyond obvious workflows
• Good communication skills to document findings and discuss issues effectively

• Designing and executing manual test cases
• Reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide feedback
• Participating in story refinements to define clear and testable acceptance criteria
• Collaborating with developers, analysts, and product owners to validate requirements and user stories
• Preparing own test data
• Managing test environments, tracking defects, and following through to resolution
• Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users or external vendors
• Ensuring that testing aligns with regulatory, security, and operational requirements (e.g., GDPR, DORA)
