Test Analyst

We're recruiting for a global company from banking sector.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical and time management skills, with ability to provide clear recommendations and escalate issues appropriately.
• Effective communication with local and global stakeholders in a multicultural environment, both independently and in team settings.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision in virtual and office-based environments.
• Flexibility to work across North America and global time zones as required.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC (Agile & Waterfall) with focus on testing methodologies, including FUNCTIONAL & E2E testing.
• Experience in coordinating testing activities, including scenario walkthroughs, test script reviews, and defect management.
• Ability to analyze business and technology processes, identify gaps, and recommend process and system improvements.
• Experience supporting release management and ensuring alignment with SDLC across the full delivery lifecycle.

• Support and manage projects of varying size and global scope, including developing project plans and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, proactively escalating risks and issues.
• Support Project and Product Leads using knowledge of the SDLC methodology to deliver large-scale initiatives.
• Collaborate with operational and technical teams to translate business requirements into processes and recommend improvements to optimize performance and reduce risk.
• Analyze current and proposed technology and business processes, assessing their impact on operations and client delivery.
• Coordinate and oversee FUNCTIONAL & E2E testing activities, including scenario walkthroughs, script reviews, gap identification, execution, and defect resolution.
• Ensure readiness for testing and production by managing documentation, resolving issues, and supporting Ops Readiness efforts.
• Document findings, user manuals, and training materials; deliver training when required.
• Participate in strategic planning and senior management discussions.
• Manage project interdependencies and multiple workstreams in a dynamic, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Monitor customer issues and drive continuous process improvements.
• Support Release Management and ensure alignment with SDLC processes across all production phases.
• Track and resolve operational gaps through process improvements or technology enhancements.
