• 3–5 years of experience in a design or content production role; B2B or SaaS experience strongly preferred.
• A portfolio demonstrating range and versatility, including PDF layouts, motion graphics, and LinkedIn campaign assets.
• High degree of autonomy and comfort working with a European‑based leadership team while managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Flexibility and willingness to undertake occasional business trips related to project implementation are welcome.
• Native‑level fluency in written and spoken English.

• Sales Enablement & Documentation
• Design high‑fidelity “How to Sell” guides, battle cards, and product sheets that feel premium and publication‑ready—not templated or generic.
• Visual Storytelling
• Translate complex data, product roadmaps, and concepts into intuitive infographics and visual explainers for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Campaign Execution
• Create all visual assets for LinkedIn‑first marketing campaigns, including display ads, carousels, and high‑engagement imagery.
• Post‑Production & Motion
• Edit raw footage into high‑energy trailers, podcast clips, and product walkthroughs using Premiere Pro, with motion enhancements in After Effects where appropriate.
• AI‑Augmented Workflow
• Leverage generative AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney) to accelerate production cycles and maintain a “speed‑of‑thought” output without sacrificing quality.
• Stakeholder Partnership
• Collaborate directly with subject matter experts to extract key insights and transform them into clear, compelling, and polished content drafts.
